Hostel policies

- Keep in mind that cancellation or modification of the booking is only allowed 24 hours before day of arrival (advise us through email or phone). If the cancellation is made after that time, you will be charged on your credit card with an amount equal to the cancelled night(s).
- Check in is at 12:00. Unless indicated, you can’t enter to the room before this time because it’s room cleaning time, but it’s still possible to use any of our installations or services (shower, internet, etc.)
- Check out to all passengers is at 10:30, no excuses. After this time you will be charged half extra day. If necessary, we have a luggage storage, free of charge. All passengers can use any other hostel services and installations after checking out, until departure.
- WiFi signal is available 24/7. Shared computer is available until 22:30 hrs. Internet usage is free of charge and exclusive to our guests.
- For security reasons, the hostel’s entrance gate is kept closed from 23:00 to 07:00 hrs. It is the duty of every passenger to keep it closed between these hours. Each passenger is given a set of two keys upon arrival, of which will be responsible until departure. The loss/damage of these keys will mean an extra charge in the final account of the guest.
- Guests are not authorized to bring/invite people from outside the hostel (i.e. non hostel guest), even if they are friends or relatives.
- We (the hostel) are not responsible for any loss, damage or theft of the guest’s belongings. GUESTS ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBLES OF THEIR BELONGINGS.
- Guests who cause damage to the hostel, will be charged on the final bill with an amount equal to the repair of damage caused on the premises of the hostel and other goods (appliances, linens, decorations, etc.).
